The most dangerous teams in college football might be the ones that barely changed. USC, Georgia and Notre Dame are bringing back a massive amount of proven production. USC leads the country with 15 returning starters, including its quarterback and entire offensive line. Georgia returns 14 starters, while Notre Dame returns 14 and leads college football in returning snaps. Talent matters. Continuity can be what turns that talent into a championship run.
